Where can I
be served in French?

 
  1. At the head office of a ministry or provincial agency.

  2. In most provincial government ministry and agency offices located in or serving the 25 designated regions.

  3. If you do not live in a designated region:
    • you can have access to French language services in a designated area near you;
    • you may contact the central offices of the various ministries; or
    • you may consult the Web sites of the Ontario Government.

Your Privacy


The personal information you provide is collected by the Ministry in compliance with section 38(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Personal Privacy Act and as authorized by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (and O. Reg. 429/07 approved under that Act). The Ministry of Culture collects feedback to assess its performance in how it provides its services. 

The Ministry of Tourism and Culture will use the personal information you provide in your feedback in order to:

  • log feedback,
  • acknowledge and respond to any concerns, and
  • analyze feedback at the aggregate level (for statistical purposes - the individual who provides the feedback will not be identified in that feedback).

You will not be placed on any mailing lists, nor will your information be released to any third party, except as set out above or as may be authorized by law.
